The Wellspring Theater provides an intimate setting with seating options for 100-120 guests. The 4,500 square foot theater features a suspended wooden performance floor with optional marley covering. The state-of-the-art lighting and sound equipment are perfect for theater and dance performances. It also is a beautiful space to host corporate meetings, special events or workshops.
Wellspring Studio 19 is a 1,500 square foot studio perfect for teaching dance, yoga, Pilates or for use as a rehearsal space. It has a marley floor, mirrors along the walls and a stereo system with remote control. Studio 19 is available at affordable hourly rates.
The Epic Center has convenient parking in the attached garage and easy access to Wellspring Theater and Wellspring Studio 19.

The Wellspring Theater at the Epic Center is the permanent home of southwest Michigan's only professional modern dance company, Wellspring/Cori Terry & Dancers. Wellspring offers a variety of programming, including modern dance performances, classes, and workshops. Rental of the Wellspring Theater is available dependent on Wellspring's dance concerts, workshops, and class schedule. All theater scheduling is done on a "first come, first served" basis.
A signed rental agreement, signed rental rates, policy & contract, completed technical request form, deposit payment, and certificate of liability insurance are required by all renters at least one month prior to rental.
